Bouchon de Nemours, a historic event

On Sunday, October 4, 2026, the town of Nemours will travel back in time with the Bouchon de Nemours, a motoring event organized by the PASSE o MOBILE association. For one day, the streets of the town centre will be transformed into an authentic open-air museum, bringing together vintage cars, classic vehicles, period utility vehicles, trucks, vintage motorcycles and iconic vehicles representing French and international automotive heritage. A retro, festive and family-friendly event Inspired by the famous traffic jams of the past on the Nationale 7, the Bouchon de Nemours recreates the atmosphere of the great holiday getaways of the 1950s to the 1980s, when the A6 motorway had not yet been built. Programme: -Vintage vehicle exhibition at the Champ de Mars. -Recreation of a period traffic jam along the route of the former RN7. -Retro and festive atmosphere. -Live music and entertainment. -Numerous stalls and activities: automotive sector, miniature cars and toys, military camp, children's games, producers' market, safety area, etc. -Food and gastronomy on site. The event is free for visitors and is open both to motoring enthusiasts and to anyone who simply wishes to discover and enjoy this unique historical recreation.
