Córdoba Califato Gourmet 2026
From Monday 19 October 2026 to Tuesday 20 October 2026
Córdoba Califato Gourmet 2026 will celebrate its 11th edition on October 19 and 20, once again turning Córdoba into a meeting point for Spain’s fine-dining scene, with chefs such as Paco Morales, Elena Arzak, Kisko García and Celia Jiménez. The programme will include demonstrations, tapas and activities open to the public such as:
-Califato LAB
-Califato Experience
and Califato In The Street, as well as a great eight-hands dinner at Bodegas Campos, bringing together seven Michelin stars and priced at €200 per person.
The event will conclude with a showcooking session featuring 12 tapas, with a particular focus this year on Córdoba’s agri-food products and on highlighting the province’s gastronomic identity and traditions.

From 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, the Official Córdoba Califato Gourmet Press Conference will be held at Bodegas Campos, with all the chefs participating in this edition. Afterwards, the chefs themselves will present the awards to the establishments that won Califato In The Street 2025. OFFICIAL SHOW COOKING From 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, the official showcooking will take place at Bodegas Campos, with the participation of the Michelin-starred chefs, each preparing one tapa. There will be 12 tapas in total (including those prepared by the establishments that won “Califato In The Street 2025”). Attendees will be able to enjoy a selection of tapas specially chosen for the occasion.
